So this email also came through on August 7th after my interview was successfully completed.  Hence it all got lost track of as it was too overwhelming to respond to quickly:

Dear Sky,

Congratulations! After conducting the interview with us, we feel that you have the right profile to be an online trainer.

We have created three different accounts for you:
1)      Trainer Account – this is your main account which you will be able to use to prepare lessons with students.
2)      Community Account – this account will give you access to all the training information and ISUS key contacts.
3)      Practice Student – this is an account which you will have access to in order to see what a student sees. The login details will be sent separately.

We would now like to invite you to take the initial steps in the ISUS induction and certification process below.

1)      Send a range of availability for the next two weeks to our Recruitment and Training Advisor, Laura Smyth at recruitment@ispeakuspeak.com  to schedule your Q&A Session. Please ensure that you give yourself enough time to review the platform as this session will be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Before the Q&A Session you should have attempted to prepare a session, recoup a session and prepare a session report. Detailed information on how to do these steps is detailed in the Initial Training area on the ISUS Community (see step 4).

2)      Read through all training steps carefully.

3)      Carefully review all terms and conditions expected of an ISUS online trainer, found on the job’s description page at:

4)      Visit the ISUS Community at http://community.ispeakuspeak.com/welcome/ to read extensive information about ISUS and how it works. In the Training tab, please pay considerable attention to the Training Flow and Initial Training area, where you can download and study the ISUS training manual and watch useful training videos and the Specialization section, where you can read information about Global English Coach and download the GlobalEnglish/ISUS training guide.

          Your login username/email: firstname.lastname
          and passwordisus

5)      After you have reviewed the information provided within the ISUS Community, you will then be ready to visit and log on to the ISUS platform at;http://www.ispeakuspeak.com.

         Your official username/email: firstname.lastname
         and passwordisus

6)      Confirm your availability on your ISUS trainer profile page

7)      An account has also been created for you as a practice student (details will be sent to you via email). This is a fantastic way for you to play around with the system and to become more familiar with how it works. You can prepare sessions, cancel them and recoup them at a different time, do a session report, etc. You will also find this very useful to view ISUS from the student’s point of view – just log off as a trainer and then log on as your practice student.

Note: training is usually done in digestible chunks and should take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Training accounts will be deactivated after a one month period due to inactivity. If a situation should arise which prevents you from either starting or continuing your training, feel free to contact our Recruitment and Training Advisor, Aimee Hull at recruitment@ispeakuspeak.com.
Please remember that once you have been successful in the ISUS certification process, the Coordination Department requires your availability for the hours that you have offered to cover sessions; we will ask for the following:
·         An updated digital copy of your CV
·         A scanned copy of your passport
·         Your proof of fiscal residency. This is a document which is used in order to avoid double taxation. It can be obtained by contacting your local tax office. Without it, there is 24.75% retention required by the Spanish government for emergency tax instead of 0%. We have attached an example for you.
·         A completed ISUS detailed information form for contract purposes and payments (attached.) Please ensure that you fill in all fields within this form.
·         New trainers who have been assigned sessions are expected to be able to make quality calls to students´ landlines. Most of our online trainers subscribe to ‘Skype World’ and have bought calling cards to fall back on, just in case their internet connection fails. In turn it may be a great idea for you to start investigating the options best suited to your needs.
For additional information regarding payment procedures please consult the international payment procedures section which can be found under the Best Practices tab on the ISUS Community: http://community.ispeakuspeak.com/best-practices/international-payment-procedures/.
We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
The ISUS Team
