August 14th Q&A Session

Basically, the outcome of the Q&A was that Tammy (the same person who interviewed me) wanted me to do more homework and complete my certification tests, and then contact Laura to continue.  We started a few minutes late.  I thought I was supposed to talk to Laura that morning when I sent out this email:
